EXPLORE

During the Exploratory Stage, we focus on understanding your business and how your HR functions are currently being supported. With this information in hand, we are able to assess how we can best support your business objectives, management, and workforce. Once we’ve determined which HRM services and delivery models best align with your needs, we are able to provide a detailed engagement plan and thorough explanation of our tailored services and pricing.

ENGAGE

Upon Engagement, we schedule meetings to establish a launch plan and complete the process of transitioning HR activities to our team. This process includes gathering the necessary information needed to conduct HR activities and respond to employee questions, including access to platforms and service providers. Once we are equipped to begin providing services, we’ll establish a communication plan to introduce HRM to your team.

INTEGRATE

During the Integration Stage, HRM quickly develops an understanding of your HR processes and current compliance status by conducting an assessment of HR functions and practices to identify potential risks and determine immediate priorities. We then introduce your employees to their HR resources at HRM and educate your team on how to leverage HRM support.

EVOLVE

Following service implementation, HRM operates on a regularly scheduled check-in cycle to ensure service quality and alignment of our scope with your current and evolving business needs. Annual service reviews reflect on accomplishments, identify ongoing and future priorities, assess opportunities for improvement, and adjust services levels or types where needed to sustain and evolve performance and scope of support.
