Candace Connell
Sr HR Consultant

Candace has over 20 years of experience in public sector management with 15 of those being in Human Resources. She has served in various roles (including HR Director) in city and county governments in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Additionally, she has worked for a higher education institution and religious nonprofit. She has a broad range of experience including policy development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and training and development. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia.
