HR On Call – Retained Services

HR-On-Call is our signature low-cost monthly subscription service that provides designated client leaders with access to a dedicated team of HR consultants for quick responses to HR questions, general advice and recommendations about workplace issues, research resources, sample forms and policies, and more. This service is ideal for small- to mid-sized organizations without an experienced HR professional, and organizations with HR departments of one. Many clients combine this service with HR-On-Site for full-scope coverage of their HR needs.

HR On-Site

HR-On-Site is our popular monthly subscription service that provides dedicated HR Consultants on-site with our clients, when and where HR services are needed most.

HR is mostly about people, and sometimes workplace issues need to be solved face-to-face. And, some HR administrative processes are best handled on-site in collaboration with your leaders and staff. The scope of engagement is completely scalable in terms of time and tasks performed, based upon the nature and duration of your unique needs. From being onsite a few hours each week, or several days each week, on a fixed or flex schedule–you make the call. We can handle only specific delegated HR tasks or flex to handle any HR-related issues that arise. This service is ideal for small- to mid-sized organizations without an experienced HR professional, HR departments of one, and interim coverage for HR team members on leaves of absence. Many clients combine this service with HR-On-Call for comprehensive coverage of their HR needs.

HR On Demand (Project Management)

HR-On-Demand is our highly-acclaimed project management service that provides experienced HR Consultants to accomplish designated projects. Our HR team is ready and equipped to meet any of your HR or employee administrative needs including: job description development, performance evaluation development, HRIS consulting and implementation assistance, compensation plan development, compensation analyses, employee manuals/handbook development, HR assessments, employee engagement surveys, among other services.

EXPLORE

During the Exploratory Stage, we focus on understanding your business and how your HR functions are currently being supported. With this information in hand, we are able to assess how we can best support your business objectives, management, and workforce. Once we’ve determined which HRM services and delivery models best align with your needs, we are able to provide a detailed engagement plan and thorough explanation of our tailored services and pricing.

ENGAGE

Upon Engagement, we schedule meetings to establish a launch plan and complete the process of transitioning HR activities to our team. This process includes gathering the necessary information needed to conduct HR activities and respond to employee questions, including access to platforms and service providers. Once we are equipped to begin providing services, we’ll establish a communication plan to introduce HRM to your team.

INTEGRATE

During the Integration Stage, HRM quickly develops an understanding of your HR processes and current compliance status by conducting an assessment of HR functions and practices to identify potential risks and determine immediate priorities. We then introduce your employees to their HR resources at HRM and educate your team on how to leverage HRM support.

EVOLVE
