Our standard fee for all domestic retained search assignments is based upon the annual equivalent earnings of each candidate hired. The nominal retainer to launch search services is credited towards the first placement fee for the search. Deep discounts are offered for multiple hires from the same search.   3. 60 DAY EXCLUSIVITY: A commitment to provide our recruiters up to a 60-day exclusive opportunity to succeed on the assignment. This improves your return on investment during the early stages of a search and reduces the risk of competing interest in the same candidate by different recruiting partners.
  4. REPEAT PERFORMANCE REWARD: We value and reward repeat business by providing discounts when you utilize our recruitment services at least three times during the year.

HOURLY RESEARCH RECRUITING SERVICES

Our revolutionary HOURLY RESEARCH RECRUITING SERVICES combine all the advantages of our traditional retained recruiting techniques with the significant cost-saving benefits of hourly research. But there is a difference.

This service provides clients with a comprehensive research report detailing the backgrounds and interests of all candidates identified and contacted during the search – both qualified and not, interested and not. Our fees for research assignments are not based upon the annual equivalent earnings of each candidate hired, but rather a flat hourly rate for the search time invested. This means our clients are free to make an unlimited number of hires from the research report at any time.

Search parameters can be as broad as identifying every possible incumbent for a particular position in a geographical area, to targeting specific industries. Deep discounts are offered for multiple research requests.
