Michael Tate helps both individuals and organizations clarify their purpose and improve their performance. He is best known for the value he creates by: 1- Facilitating highly productive planning meetings and executive retreats 2- Coaching achievement driven leaders facing major changes in business, career and life. 3) Helping organization design cultures of learning that produce more leaders.

He is the author of Design a Life That Works, for professionals and entrepreneurs who want to a simpler way to lead and live with excellence. He produces the “Leadership and Life Journal” e-zine monthly. He holds several professional certifications which include: Benchmark® facilitator for the Center for Creative Leadership, Birkman Method® Consultant. Compression Planning® and Graphic Facilitation

He was awarded a Fellow designation CFM by the Institute for Career Certification International (ICCI) for his professional contributions to the field of career management. He is currently serving as a Governor on the ICCI worldwide board.

Michael is an avid quail hunter, seasoned fly fisherman and an active Rotarian. He and his wife Patricia make their home near Birmingham, Alabama, USA. They share a full life with four grand children and a birddog named Annie.
