Outplacement and Career Transition Services for Groups
Career Transition Programs that help your valued employees find new careers to replace the jobs they are losing.
If your company is faced with a reorganization that results in separating valued employees, Human Resource Management, Inc. offers compassionate and effective career transition services that can answer the wide-ranging support needs of those losing their jobs-and those keeping their jobs.
An Overview of the Group Programs
A group approach to handling staff reductions can provide an economically sound solution for your organization, and ensure that separated employees are provided the urgent support that they need to get another job fast.
The goal of this program is to provide each participant with a high impact resume and an individualized job search plan. Participants receive a comprehensive 300+ page Career Transition Workbook that provides authoritative and detailed information on conducting a successful job search. The easy-to-read format is supplemented by four (4) audio CDs containing key excerpts and summaries useful as coaching primers. The Workbook contains an explanation of the program, job separation exercises, target job identification plan, resume questionnaire and profile assessment tool. Through group sessions, employees learn how to take charge of their own job search and leverage available resources.

Non-Exempt Programs
We recognize the unique and often special needs of non-exempt employment groups dealing with the difficult circumstances surrounding job loss. Human Resource Management, Inc. offers programs for hourly employees that include a basic overview of fundamental job search methods as well as a professionally prepared resume and cover letter.
Our group programs are fully customized to meet your organization’s specific needs, interests, time-frame and budget. They are not “one size fits all.” We are available to discuss your organization's needs and create a program that will positively influence your employees’ view of how well they were treated in difficult circumstances.
By focusing your employees on action, we help them move forward to develop future careers instead of dwelling on the trauma of job loss.
