Fran Bostick, SPHR, is a Senior Consultant for Human Resource Management, Inc. She is a highly respected Human Resources coach, leader and consultant, with expertise honed over a thirty-five year career of progressive HR experience in a corporate, field, and consulting environment in multiple industries. Fran’s unique personality and expertise lends itself to establishing practices and processes that balance the needs of the employee against the needs of the corporation, which are sometimes at odds.  Fran has expertise in most all facets of HR but her gifts lie in the areas of conducting employee relations processes, facilitating mergers and rightsizing events, and diagnosing and delivering employee and executive level training. Fran’s career includes an eighteen year tenure with The Southern Company; co-ownership of The Bostick Group, a Human Resources consulting firm; and serving in executive level Human Resources positions with MailSouth, Atherotech Diagnostics Lab, and Main Street Inc.  Fran has led a variety of leadership consulting projects and facilitated literally hundreds of different training classes throughout the Southeast for companies including Mercedes Benz, Southern Company, and Cooks Pest Control.  Fran graduated from Auburn University, is a past board member of the Birmingham chapter of ASTD, and Birmingham Society of Human Resources (BSHRM), and is Myers Briggs certified.
