Compensation & Salary Administration (job descriptions, market surveys, pay grades/ranges, compensation software): provides a full range of consulting services necessary to help our clients control their total labor costs- which is arguably, the most difficult challenge for organizations in today’s dynamic environment. We offer services necessary to help your organization build fully integrated, effective and equitable compensation programs. Our services include completing job evaluations, job family design/development and job descriptions including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), FLSA exemption classification and other regulatory requirements. We also offer detailed internal equity analyses of each position, external equity market analyses, flexible/effective salary management programs that ensure external competiveness and internal equity (traditional pay grades, market reference guidelines, broad-bands and custom-tailored approaches).
