Carolyn Campbell is the Chief Development Officer and a Sr. HR Consultant for Human Resource Management, Inc. Carolyn is a results oriented management professional with over 30 years of HR experience to include: organizational assessment/development, executive placement, staffing, talent management, on-site HR consulting, employee relations, training, sales/marketing and business operations experience. Her expertise includes optimizing systems, streamlining procedures, consulting and providing real-life solutions to client companies. Carolyn has lead and participated in projects that include: Job Analysis, Job Descriptions, HR Audits, Gap Analysis, HR Policy Manuals/Handbooks, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Business/HR Strategy, HR Assessment/Reporting and HRMS/Benefit/Payroll Consulting. Carolyn enjoys sharing and implementing HR solutions that assist her clients in attaining long-term business objectives. Carolyn is a member of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management and is active in several networking groups. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bloomsburg University, PA.
