Charles is a principal with Human Resource Management Inc. Charles has been a general HR practitioner for the past 22 years, including nine years as Vice President, Director of Human Resources, for a regional bank holding company. For the past ten years, Charles has worked as management advisor in a variety of industries and for companies nationwide on issues including employee relations, compensation and benefit plan development, affirmative action planning and audit management, employment and recruiting, HR automation and outsourcing strategies. Charles is past president of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM), with over 800 members, and current president of the Alabama Industry Liason Group (AILG) that represents the interest of federal contractors with the U.S. Department of Labor. Charles is a member of the International Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the SHRM Consultant Forum. Charles is a lifetime certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, an honor bestowed by the SHRM Certification Institute to recognize professional knowledge and achievement.

Carolyn Campbell is the Chief Development Officer for Human Resource Management, Inc. Carolyn is a results oriented management professional with over 22 years of executive placement, staffing, talent management, consulting, sales and business operations experience. Her expertise includes optimizing systems, streamlining procedures, consulting and providing real-life solutions to client companies. Carolyn enjoys sharing and implementing HR solutions that assist her clients in attaining long-term business objectives. Carolyn is a member of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management and is active in several networking groups. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bloomsburg University, PA.

Lezlee Leatherwood, PHR is a Senior HR Manager with Human Resources Management, Inc. Lezlee is an experienced HR Professional with over 15 years working in employment, compensation/benefits, workers’ compensation, employee relations, outplacement, and HRIS. Specific industries Lezlee has served include: engineering, construction, manufacturing, public utility, and privately-held companies including Fortune 500 companies. Currently, she is the Office Manager for HRM as well as being a project consultant in compensation/benefits, employee relations, outplacement, and other projects. A graduate of the University of North Alabama, with a BS in Office Administration & Business; additional coursework in HR at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and Certified as a Professional in Human Resources. She is also a member of local and national professional HR associations, and Notary Public - State of Alabama.

Cheryl Mason is a Managing Consultant with Human Resource Management, Inc. Cheryl is a dynamic Human Resources professional with 24 years success in creating solutions for organizational needs as an HR business partner. Her industry experience includes retail grocery, healthcare, higher education, research, manufacturing and banking with extensive knowledge of base salary and incentive compensation programs, benefits administration, HRIS development and conversion, training, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and project management.

Currently, Cheryl leads the compensation and benefits administration practice for HRM as a consultant in addition to serving as senior project manager for several Administrative Service Organization (ASO) clients. Cheryl’s business strengths include strong management skills with proven problem solving and employee relations expertise demonstrated by the achievement of “win-win” resolutions to difficult situations.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of North Alabama. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has completed coursework towards a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Cheryl is a member of World at Work and was one of the founding members of the Birmingham Area Compensation Association. She is active in several networking groups, is a recognized speaker at industry seminars and conferences.
